Lets start with the positive. This movie positively sucks. There was some good cinematography but that was about it. If you want to see Maggie Gyllenhaal, don't blink. She has a 3 second cameo. Ethan Hawke actually is in the movie, but not to a large extent. Lots of naked male rearends and a simulated erection. A back alley abortion is depicted. You've got an adult encouraging underage drinking, baby theft, a teacher telling minors his sexual escapades as part of the curriculum, and a depressing story. What more could you want? This is a waste of your time and doesn't do anything a good movie should: think, laugh, cry. It's overt them is underage sex (I'll show you mine if you show me yours). There are three topless woman scenes (traincar sex, windmill sex, topless woman in the classroom). Not for kids. Not for adults. Not worth the time. Skip it and thank me later.
